At EloHero, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable boosting experience. Please read our refund terms carefully before placing an order.
When Refunds Are Eligible
You may request a full refund if:
- Your order has not been assigned to a booster yet
- We are unable to start or fulfill your service for any reason
- You cancel your order before any progress begins
If you meet one of the conditions above, please email us with your order details.
When Refunds Are Not Eligible
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- The booster has already started working on your account or playing with you
- The service has been completed as described
- You voluntarily stop the service after it has started
- You violate our Terms & Conditions (e.g., account sharing issues, abuse)
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the service has progressed beyond the refundable stage.
Partial Refunds
In rare cases, partial refunds may be considered based on how much of the service was completed. Each case is evaluated individually.
Chargebacks
Initiating a PayPal or Payoneer chargeback without contacting us first will result in:
- A permanent ban from using our services
- A dispute filed against your account with proof of service delivery

How to Request a Refund

- Your order ID
- Discord username (if used during checkout)
- Reason for the refund request
We typically respond within 24–48 hours. If approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
