By purchasing any service, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the gaming account involved.
EloHero is not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or penalties issued by the game developers or platform. You use our services at your own risk.
Payment & Processing
Payments are processed securely through PayPal and Payoneer. Your order will not begin until full payment is confirmed.
We do not store any of your payment details on our servers.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are only available before the order starts. Once a booster begins work on your order, refunds are no longer guaranteed.

Prohibited Behavior
Users are strictly forbidden from:
- Initiating chargebacks without contacting us first
- Sharing offensive or abusive language with boosters
- Using our platform for illegal or malicious purposes
Any violations may result in order cancellation without refund.

EloHero is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to account bans, loss of access, or digital item removal. Our services are provided “as is” with no guarantees.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes or claims shall be handled under Saudi legal jurisdiction.

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them before placing an order. Continued use of the site means you accept any updates.
